Meet The Team
Kevin Turner
Before starting in real estate, Kevin worked in radio as an Announcer, Salesperson, Promotions Manager and was General Manger of various radio stations in Queensland and New South Wales.

While selling in real estate he was ranked as Top Salesperson in Queensland and remained in the Top 10 Salespeople in the state until 1991 when he commenced with a major real estate franchiser as a Sales Trainer, Business Development Associate and was appointed as State Franchise Director in 1992.

Kevin has operated a number of real estate offices as an owner and has been General Manager of several real estate offices in Christchurch, New Zealand with a sales force of 120 people.

Kevin has been able to combine both his radio and real estate careers to create an interesting and informative real estate program that features live on air property appraisals.

Carl Liebold
Carl Liebold started his radio career in the early 1980’s and has worked as an Announcer, Producer, Copywriter, Promotions Manager, Advertising Sales and Production.

Since the mid 90’s, Carl left full time radio to concentrate on full time voiceover services for the commercial radio and TV industries. Carl has been heard on national TV and Radio campaigns as well as live to air programs like the 2000 Australian Film Industry Awards, Trackside at the INDY 300, The Australian Grand Prix, The inaugural Bathurst 24hr, the American Le Mans NYE 99/2000 Adelaide Street Circuit and many more.

Carl’s voiceover business continues to grown – and his company has now expanded to offer innovative video and audio marketing, promotional and sales orientated material – as well as AV program/content production for radio and TV networks into the future.

Carl has a great love of radio and is looking forward to getting back in the studio and “pushing the buttons” on the first truly
national real estate program heard around Australia on the Macquarie Southern Cross Media Network.
